- The business has been operating stably for at least the last 3 months and will continue to operate
- The following types of POS devices must have been used regularly for the past 3 months or more
- Golomt Bank POS service or
- EasyPay POS device or “Easy Pay” LLC POS
- Monthly transaction amount must be over 3 million ₮
- Be an active merchant under the age of 35
