- No overdue loan balance and no bad credit history in the last 2 years
- Persons related to the borrower should not have overdue loans
- To be a full-time employee who has worked steadily for 6 months in the organization /In case of an employee of mining, its sub-contracting company, transportation company associated with mining, or construction industry, to be a full-time employee who has worked for the organization for 12 months/
- Must have been in business for at least 12 months

- Employee reference letter stating monthly salary amount;
- Salary account statement in last 6 months
