Golomt Bank has been certified as a Great Place to Work for the fifth consecutive year, becoming the first organization in Mongolia to receive the prestigious “5 Year Icon” recognition. Having first earned this certification in 2022 as a pioneer within Mongolia’s banking and financial sector, the Bank has consistently strengthened its performance and has once again been recognized at the international level.

For more than three decades, Great Place to Work Institute has conducted independent workplace assessments across over 90 countries, gathering feedback from more than 11 million employees annually. Organizations are evaluated on their ability to foster the five defining dimensions of an exceptional workplace culture, including credibility, respect, fairness, pride, and camaraderie. Golomt Bank’s sustained commitment to strengthening these foundations and cultivating an inclusive, collaborative, and high-trust work environment has once again been recognized through this globally respected certification. The certification was officially presented by representatives of Great Place to Work Asia. Furthermore, at the Great Workplaces Summit, Golomt Bank shared its journey, insights, and best practices in building and sustaining a high-performing workplace culture.

                At Great Place to Work, our assessment is extremely thorough, as we carefully examine 60 different aspects of an organization. To earn certification, the level of performance across all these areas must be exceptionally high. Certification is a serious and prestigious recognition of performance, and for Golomt Bank to achieve this five years in a row is truly amazing.

                When Golomt Bank first participated in this internationally recognized independent assessment, we achieved a certification score of 80 percent. Through a sustained commitment to continuous improvement and organizational excellence, this result has progressively increased, reaching 92 percent in 2026.

Since 2025, our performance has consistently exceeded the average results of certified organizations in Mongolia by more than ten percentage points, while placing us alongside some of the highest-performing organizations across Asia. This year, our result surpassed the regional Asian benchmark by two percentage points, reflecting the continued strength of our workplace culture and people practices.

We are particularly encouraged that the collective efforts invested across corporate governance, business operations, leadership and management excellence, human capital strategy, and employee engagement have been recognized through an objective and internationally respected assessment. This achievement reaffirms our commitment to creating an environment where our people can thrive, contribute meaningfully, and realize their full potential, while supporting the Bank’s long-term sustainable growth and success.
