In 2022, Golomt Bank made history as the first organization in Mongolia’s banking and financial sector to receive the “Great Place to Work” certification. After reaffirming this achievement in 2023 and 2024, the Bank has once again earned the certification in 2025, becoming the first organization in Mongolia to continuously improve its cultural index results year after year.
About the “Great Place to Work” certification
This prestigious certification is awarded annually by the internationally recognized Great Place to Work Institute. For over 30 years, the Institute has conducted surveys across more than 90 countries, involving over 11 million employees each year, to evaluate and certify organizations as “Great Places to Work.”
Specifically, the assessment is based on a confidential, independent employee survey covering five key dimensions. The results—analyzed objectively and independently—serve not only as the basis for certification but also as a valuable tool for identifying ways to enhance organizational culture, leadership, employee satisfaction, management capabilities, and collaboration.
Global industry leaders such as Bank of America, Mastercard, EY, CISCO, Deloitte, American Express and DHL have received this certification.
