Golomt Bank has started partnership with OneSky international organization to support and strengthen systems of care for all young children living in the ger districts of Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia.
OneSky organization with the motto “For all children”, operates in countries such as Vietnam, China, and Hong Kong. In 2018, first established a presence and opened the Family Center as a demonstration in Mongolia. The organization is training and supporting parents and caregivers to provide quality responsive care for young children ages 0-4, to help them understand and educate their children and discover their learning opportunities. Therefore, OneSky’s evidence-based “Family Skills” comprehensive curriculum teaches empowering children’s mental, physical, and emotional growth, cognitive, language, nutrition, and environmental safety, etc. especially for families with young children living in the ger districts with limited public services. Since first establishing a presence in Mongolia, OneSky has trained 1,551 caregivers, including parents, nursery caregivers, kindergarten teachers, local NGO staff, and improving the quality of care for more than 3,000 children.
Every child has the rights to grow up and learn in a safe and secure environment. Golomt Bank, as part of social responsibility, strives to pay attention to the health and education of children who are the brighter future of the country. The bank has been supporting many projects and programs for children’s wellbeing, such as an official partner of the “Heart Never Forgets” project and the bank’s employees joined and donated to the “Magic Land” project of the Lantuun Dohio.
