For the first time in Mongolia’s banking and financial sector, Golomt Bank received “Great Place to Work” certification from the internationally recognized Great Place to Work Institute in 2022. It affirmed its results once again in 2023, becoming the first organization to receive this certification for two consecutive years.

Great Place to Work Institute, which has branches in more than 90 countries, has more than 30 years of experience in developing methods for evaluating and calculating organizational culture, making comparisons with world-class organizations, and setting benchmarks. It is a specialized organization that conducts research and provides consulting services in order to create a trust-based and high-performance organizational culture. More specifically, employees were surveyed based on five key indicators, such as trust, respect, honesty, pride, and friendship. The approval is granted annually based on an independent assessment of various factors, such as employee satisfaction, work environment, leadership, culture, cooperation, and management skills.

This is a guarantee of employee satisfaction and a sign that human resources policy, organizational culture, and management of world-leading and large organizations are being properly implemented.
