• Must 18 years old and have full legal capacity
• Actual need or demand to buy a new heated parking
• Consistent income to successfulle complete the payment of heated parking loan
• Capacity to finance at least 20 percent of the total price of the heated parking
• At least 1 year of consistent work OR at least 2 successful business operations /Main applicant/
• At least 1 year of consistent work OR at least 2 successful business operations /Co applicant/
• Must not have any outstanding delinquent or non-performing loan obligations under guarantees at bank or non banking financial institution

• Loan application /1 passport-sized photo/
• Handwritten application (Loan amount, term, interest rate, purpose should be clearly stated and signed)
• Identification card or a notarized copy
• Residential reference letter from Governor of resident areas
• Notarized copy of marriage certification
• Employment certificate issued by the employer ( Including position, years of service, amount of salary, bonuses and incentives)
• HUR reference: Social insurance payment (fingerprints can be read at the bank branch)
• Employment contract
• Documents proving business activities
• Evidence of down payment or ability to pay down payment
• Revervation contract for heated parking in a newly constructed building
• State Registry Office References on whether any family member has ownership right immovable property
• Loan agreement and loan account statement for outstanding loans with other banks and non banking financial institutions
