Golomt Bank JSC is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr. Ronil Sujan as the 5th Independent Member of its Board of Directors.  With his appointment, Golomt Bank’s Board now comprises a majority of independent directors, reinforcing its commitment to strong governance, accountability, and sustainable value creation.

Mr. Sujan is a seasoned global finance expert and value creation strategist with over 30 years of diverse leadership experience across banking, investments, and entrepreneurship. He has held senior positions at globally respected institutions such as Rabobank and NM Rothschild where he led multi-billion-dollar M&A and capital market operations across Asia-Pacific. He was instrumental in the successful build-out and exit of Rabobank India Finance, ranked as a top corporate finance house in India by Bloomberg.

As the co-founder and CEO/CIO of Singapore based Raaga Holdings Pte Ltd and Director of Omnivore Partners and Mega Delta Capital, Mr. Sujan brings deep expertise in multi-asset investments and venture development. His board experience spans sectors including financial services, consumer, real estate, and emerging technologies. He is also an appointed adjunct faculty/Mentor at leading academic institutions such as INSEAD, Singapore Management University, and the Asian Institute of Management, where he teaches sustainable finance, entrepreneurship and innovation.

Mr. Sujan’s extensive knowledge in governance, ESG, and strategic transformation makes him a highly qualified addition to the Golomt Bank Board. His global perspective and proven leadership will contribute meaningfully to the Bank’s continued growth and operational excellence.
