Loan term Up to 24 months

- Creates new job vacancies
- Experience in their field of operations of 1 year or longer
- Audited financial statements, financial statements confirmed by the taxation office of the last 3 months
- Operate on a fixed address
- Sufficient collateral in the form of immovable
- No overdue loans at any commercial bank or financial institution
- Formal letter requesting loan, application form
- Project proposal
- ID
- Reference letter from residing sub district
- Original documents for proof of income, expense, payables, receivables
- Licenses to conduct operations, offer services
- Ownership documents of collaterals
- Letter of general office of Social care and services
- Other required documents
